Community management is one of the subject areas in which Populate Digital delivers bespoke training.

The Community Management training workshop is delivered by company director, Wendy McAuliffe, who was formerly safety and privacy officer of Habbo Hotel, the world’s largest virtual community for teenagers. As of January 2011, Habbo Hotel claimed 200 million registered users, and 18 million unique visitors per month. Wendy was also involved in some of the earliest online forums and communities while she was a news reporter for ZDNet/CNet.

Last month, we delivered a tailored training workshop to a smart team of people at Engage Group, who work with brands such as Sainsbury’s, O2, Shell and Diageo on improving customer and employee engagement.
