We’d love you to join Populate Digital’s Director, Wendy McAuliffe @wendymcauliffe, on Friday 25th January, 2013 at 4 pm GMT/ 8 am PST/ 11am EST on Twitter. She will be part of a panel hosting a Twitter chat on the subject of children and blogging, for members-only online parenting and technology community Quibly.

“There are many a fabulous kids blogs on the internet, covering everything from fashion to technology to education. And there are many more kids who have been thinking of starting their blog. What can we do as parents/teachers to help them set up their blogs, handle feedback and most importantly stay safe?”

The Tweetcon will address questions such as ‘should blogging be a part of the school curriculum?’, ‘should there be a minimum age for children to start blogging?’, ‘can a teacher’s blog become a powerful learning tool for the students and how?’, and ‘would you proofread and censor your child’s blog?’

You can find out how to get involved here.
